Online Business Systems

Okay, first off, I will say that Online Business Systems is a legit online business, and has an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. However, it is an MLM business. What is an a MLM business you might ask? MLM stands for Mult- Level Marketing, to better explain it, it's a Pyramid Scheme.

Ex: You get recruited, and then you recruit 2 more people, get a percentage of their profits. It just keeps going.

But they will never tell you that up front. They won't tell you either that you have to pay for the leads.

To give you a better idea of what I'm talking about I will tell you the story of what happened to me.

This was in October 2010, my husband heard on his favorite radio station from Glenn Beck himself that IncomeAtHome.com was the best place to go to find work. My husband trust this guy, not realizing that Glenn Beck is actually gets paid from that company to promote them. That's it.

Well I decided to go ahead and look at it. I order the "Decision Package" for the 14 day free trial. I had to paid 9.95 for shipping (NON-REFUNDABLE). As soon as I get the package, I pulled out the CD and listened to it.

I was looking for information, but it was a bunch of advertising the "Business", and the "Back Office"

Then I looked at the DVD, I watched it, it had families making so much money, both parents get to stay at home eventually. At the end of the video I paused it. Why? Well by law, the have to post Average Earnings in a year on there DVD.

The average earnings for 80% of people who own a part of the company for a whole year 800 dollars. Hmmm....

Okay, so my "Coach" called  me a few days later. She fully admitted that she had only been in this business for a month, and hasn't even made 200dollars selling Herbal Life. Oh yes did I mention, Herbal Life is the product they are trying to get us to sell. And it isn't a cheap product that is for sure.

Anyhoo, I asked questions of how much is cost to do this. I was really interested at the time, truly I was. But they weren't really answering my questions. I'm a business type of person, I want to get down to all the details of what am I getting out of this, how much do I have to put into it? All they, excuse let me clarify myself my "Coach" and her "Coach" were telling me is how much they would love to give their entire bodies to this company. I DID NOT CARE. I wanted the facts, not a bunch of hype.

After many telephone calls with my "Coach" and her "Coach", I finally had my husband talked to them. After a little time on the phone my husband the asked the questions asked them. Then he asked the questions, the same questions I asked, they still weren't answering them, then my husband altered his question What fees am I going to have to pay to do this? Finally they answered him.

349.00 for the Start-Up package, 100 Business Registration Fee, Plus 39.95 Decision Package Fee, 49.95 a month to use the "Back Office", Advertising is another couple hundreds of dollars, the list goes on.... Then you get paid once a month if you sold enough of Herbal Life. You have to know a lot of people so they will buy it from you.

The leads are to get people to join this company. Again the pyramid scheme.

My frustration with this. What is the difference between how much this business is going to cost me? To how much fees am I going to have to pay to put in this business. Apparently I have to ask the exact question they want to hear before they are willing to answer.

My husband pointed out to them that they didn't answer my question, then they pretended to apologize for any confusion. Just for them holding out on me, I decided not to sign up with them. A company not willing to tell the truth. Very annoying.

If you want to go ahead with this company, go ahead it is your choice, now that I have given you an idea of what you have to pay to do this.

Pros:                                           Cons:
Legit Business                              MLM Business
They have Coaches                        Most coaches have little experience
It costs a lot money to do
There is no guarantee you will make money
You need cash to do this

Oh I'm adding to the last par of my Con list. Cash? Well, I have heard a lot on the Internet about people spending thousands of dollars using their credit cards to pay for all the fee and advertising, and not make any money. Eventually quitting the business, and trying to figure out how they are going to pay off their credit cards.

So if you want to do this business you need to know a lot of people that are willing to buy Herbal Life from you, and you need have a whole bunch spare cash laying around to be successful.

Please give comments about your experience with Herbal Life, Online Business Systems (aka incomeathome.com). I bet other people would love to hear them.

Also if you have a question I will try to answer it as best as possible. Just go ahead and post it in the comment section.
